Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) 

The Community Development Block Grant program is a "pass through" funding program from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and is a program of the Missouri Department of Economic Development.  The CDBG program is for non-entitlement areas (incorporated municipalities with population under 50,000 and counties with population under 200,000).

Applying for a Block Grant

SCOCOG assists member cities and counties in its seven county region with applications for grants from CDBG. Below is the link to the Community Development Block Grant website.
